Spotted in the MCM Tokyo Auto Salon video. I don’t know if it’s OEM, I don’t know if it’s to hold the roof or if you can even store the roof elsewhere. Either way I love it.
I really like this car. There aren’t a lot of new cars I’d buy, I could see myself in a S660. And, as an Australian, it’s certainly a possibility.

Not mine. My country has requirements to make it comply to U.K. regulations and then it’s all yours to enjoy (and pay taxes on).

That is an “OEM” bag. It was part of the Honda booth, and Modulo is yet another parts division within Honda.
The roof is a canvas thing that rolls up and goes elsewhere. (Probably in the frunk.) That one had the canvas roof on it when i saw it, I think.

Amazing. Would buy.
The car would be useful enough the majority of the time. It’d be nights away and long roadtrips where it would struggle. That bag would give you a bit of extra storage when required.
Shame it’s not more flush with the body though, geez!

This is Honda’s attack on the Daihatsu Modular Copen. I’ve got a big article with tons of pictures and video coming out on the Copen. The s660 modulo just, honestly, cries “johnny-come-lately, and also not doing it as well.”
And I am a Honda fan.

Can’t wait to see it! In my mind the Copen is a Capuccino with infinitely less combinations of roof which is also FWD. At this point I feel the MR S660 with its targa top is doing everything right.
